The Professional Photographers o other assessor feedback is intended to provide your uploaded image with information to improve your skills and in submitting the image you waive any rights whatsoever to any form of compensation from the assessor. You further acknowledge, there may also be charges associated with this process from the Professional Photographer or other Professional assessor as posted on the world wide site and agreed by you prior to any assessment.

Copyright
Copyright of the image remains the property of the owner. A photo credit with copyright symbol will be provided under your image.

Entries must be submitted by the original creator or owner of the image. Do not submit a photograph or image taken or created by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the image and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the image.

Members agree to hold harmless and release Pro-feedback.com, its staff, officers, Instructors and affiliated entities from loss, claim, injury, damage or expense, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, which are in any way connected or associated with the uploading of any image to Pro-feedback.com.

Model and Property Release
Any person uploading an image hereby acknowledges that they have sufficient written permission of any recognizable locations or people appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to Pro-feedback.com the right to publish their photographic submission online, and hereby grant to Pro-feedback.com such right.
